LATE ARRIVALS

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME .After 15 minutes, there is a $15 fee. AFTER 15 minutes, YOUR APPOINTMENT Will BE CANCELLED. Please contact me if you know you are arriving late.

A 24-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CANCELLATION OR rescheduling of ANY SERVICE.this can be done via the link in your confirmation email or contacting me personally. No shows will be banned from booking in the future.

payments

A deposit IS REQUIRED! All deposits are nonrefundable. A $20 deposit will be charged to the card on file after you request an appointment. Once the payment is processed, your appointment will be confirmed.THE REMAINING BALANCE CAN BE PAID IN CASH or zelle. Please note - i do not carry change so cash payments must be made exact.

refunds

There will be no refunds given for any services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 5 days and i will contact you privately to remedy the issue.
